Where local music gets booked

Bands and artists build a page that shows who they are, venues find the right act for the night, and fans find out who's on stage near them.

Want to see a page in action? Check out Silicon Death Ray.

For bands and artists

Your band has a look. Your page should too.

Your photos, your videos, your set list and the nights you are free. It is a press kit and a booking link in one, and it is free.

One link for all of it

octiv.live/a/your-band

  • Always current. Change it once and every venue sees it.
  • Opens on any phone. Nothing to download.
  • Video plays right on the page.
  • Book me is one tap, no account needed.

For venues

Got a room? Let's fill the calendar.

Browse acts by sound, price and the nights they are open. Send a request in two taps, or post a casting call and let bands come to you. Build a whole bill in one place, then watch the RSVPs come in before load-in.

The Night We Took Over Downtown Toledo - OCTIV.FEST '26 Recap

We're Still Thinking About OCTIV.FEST. Well, the mild tinnitus I'm experiencing as a result is making it difficult to forget. Regardless, OCTIV.FEST was a huge success, and that's all thanks to YOU! Toledo showed up and showed out Saturday, September 12 at the Bronze Boar, and we had such a blast gettin' down with you all. Friends, family, strangers, local musicians, lovers of music, and a boatload of Buckeye's fans, packed the house to celebrate the launch of octiv.live here in Toledo. With all the love we felt, we're ready to take on the whole dang world! We want to…

Audience Accounts and Story Posts

The last update ended with "Come to the show." You came. Octiv.Fest took over the Bronze Boar on September 12, and it went better than a booking platform's first show had any right to. So while I'm still recovering, here's everything that shipped since the last update. Octiv.Fest happened Jack Surtman, an open jam, Wavelane, Silicon Death Ray, and Willow Run. All booked through Octiv, all on one bill, all in Toledo. The event page got a full makeover to match the poster, and the set times now come straight from the bookings, so the schedule can never drift from…

Who Are We? (Meet the octiv.live Team)

Five dudes. That's it. Five dudes. Running in a Sisyphean state on a giant hamster ball that powers octiv.live world headquarters. Not really... Close, but not really. The octiv.live team is a quintuple of very talented dudes with a common goal and a passion for live music. But without a face to put to the name, how would you know that? Today we do our part to disprove dead-internet theory, showing that there are in-fact real human beings behind this whole shebang. So, let's get to know us! Spoiler Alert: Yes, we're all ticklish, and yes, we all like long…

Got questions?

We've got you covered.

So, uh... what is it?

Octiv.live is your hub for all things booking, promoting, and scheduling live local music. For the working musician and venue, Octiv.live brings the booking experience onto one platform by connecting artists and venues directly. Gone are the days of endless email chains, DM rabbit holes, and shows that die before they hit the stage!

Okay... is it free?

Yes, Octiv.live is completely free to sign up for both artists and venues! All we need is your email in order to join. That way, you can be notified directly when you book your first gig... or your millionth.

How does booking work?

Bookings happen directly through the unique booking link located on your account. When a venue sends you a booking request, you'll be notified via email and be able to view, accept, or deny it all within your dashboard. Your booking link can also be easily shared anywhere. Go get your name out there!

Why should artists sign up?

Besides streamlining organization and communication, Octiv.live is also a great promotional tool for the working musician. Your artist page is essentially a free, easily shareable micro-website featuring pictures, videos, artist links, availability, and more. Add your booking link to your bio, email signature, actual website, or wherever you want to be seen!

Do venues need an account?

No, anyone can send you a booking request through your booking link. Venues do not need an account to send a request.
